Chito-Ryu karate is one of the oldest styles of karate practiced in Canada. The Victoria Chito-Ryu Karate Club is dedicated to the preservation of the Chito-Ryu style of Karate. Click here to learn more about this style. 

 We are honored that the name "Yomeikan" was given to us in 2009 by Soke Sensei Tsuyoshi Chitose, Supreme Instructor for Chito-Ryu Karate-doh, Kumamoto City, Japan, replacing the name Victoria Chito-Ryu Karate Club.
